gluten free kalamata olive and rosemary focaccia

Warm, soft, and fresh out of the oven.  That's my favorite way to eat bread!  I came up with this extremely quick and easy (and delicious) recipe for focaccia bread.  I basically made a few tweaks here and there to my yeast-free pizza crust.  Result...a crispy, chewy foccacia topped with freshly chopped rosemary and sliced kalamata olives.  The added cornmeal makes the texture of this bread that much more delightful.  I sliced it into pizza-slices and served ... read more

coming up…San Francicsco GFAF Expo!

What goes better with a hot cup of coffee than a warm slice of coffee cake?  They really do go hand in hand.  Delicate, moist cake with a nice, thick layer of cinnamon crumb topping.  Yum! berrilicious smoothie

With my new Blendtec, I have made a smoothie for breakfast almost everyday.  I love that I can throw just about anything in that thing and it will whip it up in a seconds!  So cool.  My kids are happy that mommy is making smoothies more often too.  Their favorite is any smoothie that is packed with berries.  I don't know if it's the cool purple color or that they just like the berrilicious taste!
