THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SARAH!!! I have tried two of your recipes (chocolate cupcakes and pumpkin bundt) and….like you….almost FELL ON THE FLOOR becuase they were so good. Those cupcakes were, by far, the best I have ever had (including my wheat flour cupcakes). I am new to cooking gluten free and I thought my days of making beautiful tasty baked goods were over. THEN…..my daughter found your website. Thank you so much for sharing your delishous recipes.

Hello Sarah: Do you have a recipe that is just egg and dairy free? The wheat is no problem. I tried a dairy free chocolate cake recipe this weekend for guests and it was disappointing. It turned out more like brownies. heavy. I was trying for a simple light chocolate cake. Nothing fancy. Thanks. Wanda L. Whitaker

    Sarah,
I just wanted to let you know how much your blog has improved my life! Every recipe I have tried has been a huge success, and I am so thrilled to be able to eat treats I am not allergic to! I have taken your cupcakes to several gatherings, and they get rave reviews from friends who have no idea they are GF and vegan. Thank you for what you are doing! Your efforts are much appreciated! I am searching for a recipe for GF, vegan pumpkin coffee cake, will you have anything like this in the future? Your coconut coffee cake was amazing! Thanks! 😀

Hi Sara, Thank you for the awesome recipes! I would like to know what you would recommend in place of sunflower oil? (My daughter is allergic to it) I've been using extra light olive oil; I'm curious to know if I should be sing something else, like coconut oil.
    Thanks, Melissa

Melissa, you can use any light flavor oil, such as canola or vegetable oil. I just prefer the taste of sunflower oil. An easy exchange!

Sarah, this website is AWESOME! I love all the fun options and that it's easy. I am tired of looking through all the pins to find recipes that I don't have the ingredients for. But here, if I make your flour mix it's as easy as baking used to be!! And even more fun is that we share a love for the Lord! I've already shared this with my other GF friends! Thanks!!

AND!!!!!!! I just found your angel food cake recipe!!!!! I was literally just telling my mother and sister-in-law how sad it is that I have celiacs (and most likely my son) during our family birthdays because it was always tradition to have angel food cake. I thought I'd never find a recipe that is gluten free, but here it is! Thank you so much for sharing this one!

I cannot thank you enough for sharing your recipes and flour blend with the world! I used to love baking before I found out I could no longer eat gluten, dairy and eggs. I have tried baking hundreds of other recipes, even used GF/Vegan mixes, that all turned out miserably. I was so discouraged with GF/Vegan baking that I stopped all together and I missed it so much. About a year ago I found your blog and I have made several of your recipes. They have all turned out PERFECT! I've served your cookies and cupcakes at several functions and no one even knew they were GF/Vegan. People just say how good they are.
As I've invested a lot of money into various flours and other GF/Vegan baking ingredients, as well as making recipes over and over to try to get them to work, I can truly appreciate all the time, effort and money you put into each recipe you perfect. Thank you again for the work you put into your recipes and for sharing them with the world. I truly cannot tell you how grateful I am!

    Hi Sarah,
I emailed you, but figured I would also write here in case it helps others. I have Celiac Disease for 12 years, but never really baked for myself. Now my son, who is 20, has a wheat, soy, nut, dairy, and egg allergy. I have been cooking up a storm, but he really misses banana bread and easy things to grab in the morning or for a snack. Most of your recipes call for Coconut milk. I know that is an "iffy" ingredient for someone with a nut/tree nut allergy. There are differing opinions on the fact that it is not technically a nut, but is there something I can use instead of the coconut milk in your recipes???? I appreciate any help you can give me. I just found this blog and your website and your recipes look incredible. I will let you know how they turn out! God Bless! Michelle

Thank you and Praise the Lord for all you are accomplishing in the kitchen. Like many other comments, you have been a true Godsend for my family. I found myself pinning many of your recipes and decided to come to your blog and check things out. When I saw your picture and read your blurb, beginning with, "I love Jesus. . . ." I wanted to cry happy tears. Not only do you blog, bake and create motivated by many similar dietary restrictions as I do, you do it with Christ at the center. Thank you for sharing so very much of your adventures!!! Blessings ~ Jackie

    Hi Sarah,
My 3 year old daughter was just diagnosed with Celiac disease and also apparently has egg, soy, and dairy allergies, just to name a few. I have been so overwhelmed trying to think of things I can make her that she will love to eat and will help provide a sense of normalcy during this transition phase. I finally stumbled across your website and I took a deep sigh of relief. I haven't tried anything yet, but I can't wait to get to my kitchen and start baking. Thank you so much.

Every year my husband gets me an allergen free cookbook for Christmas as a to our kids who both have food allergies. I came today to print off your Ghost cupcake recipe to make them for my son's 1st grade class and was planning on grabbing the name of your cookbook to give my husband, but was saddened to see you don't have one. You should partner with So Delicious and do a cookbook like Enjoy Life has. 🙂

You and your recipes have made so many of my son's food dreams come true!
    Thank you!

Sarah, I have unsuccessfully made the gluten free blueberry muffins twice. I rechecked the recipe, following it with exact ingredients. I needed to bake them longer than the 19 minutes suggested and they were still tasteless and very doughy. Do you have any suggestions?

When you prepare your gluten free flour mix, do you add the gum and store with the gum or only add gum when a recipe calls for it?

    Thank you for your help.

I’m so sorry! Gluten free baking can be so finicky. When I make my flour blend, I add the gum to the mix. Are you using the same measurements? There might be too much liquid added, which can affect the texture. Try adding a bit more of the flour, 1-2 tablespoons.

I am curious … Do your recipes qualify for low fodmap diet? Gluten free and vegan, it sure seems that way.

My son was recently diagnosed with multiple food allergies and finding things he can eat (and especially things he can eat that he enjoys!) has been really tricky. We’ve tried several of your recipes and he loves them. We’re excited to try more! I can’t thank you enough for sharing them.

    Hello Sarah

Thank you for all of your amazing recipes! I became vegetarian/trying to be vegan this year, and your blog is so amazing! Before changing my diet I did not cook or bake at all, but now I try to cook as much as possible, and thanks to your blog I LOVE trying new recipes for cakes and desserts because they always turn out amazing!!!
To me, you are a genius of vegan baking 🙂 It makes being vegan a lot easier if I can still enjoy delicious desserts, and share them with the people around them (it also helps to convince them that being vegan does not mean you have to eat sad food 😉 )
Are you planning on writing a book? I would love that!

    Thank you

Sarah, every year our church holds a Health & Wellness event (Healthy snacks) between services. We always choose one of your muffin recipes to make in min muffin form for a couple hundred people. I have to stay away from nuts (we try to be nut free in our church) and we always post allergen cards on these events… but the questions is….

for your pumpkin spice muffins, do you have a non-nut based milk you would recommend to use? Our family is a coconut, cashew milk, almond milk loving family….tips on cooking with rice or hemp or some other replacement would be helpful. And, I should be able to batch this recipe by 3x easily, right? I’ll just have to watch the cook to watch the cook time. Any suggestions would be helpful! Luv your stuff and our church does too!

I am wondering if you have a recipe for blueberry lemon cupcakes with either a lemon glaze or some sort of frosting. It would be wonderful for an afternoon tea. And if it could be without almond flour, all the better 😉
