guest post…gluten free vegan chocolate banana swirl muffins

March 25, 2014 by Sarah 3 Comments

When I think of chocolate for breakfast, I get super excited! Then I think of creative ways to add chocolate to my muffins (my favorite breakfast treat). Maybe adding a little cocoa powder, maybe a few chocolate chips mixed in the batter, or maybe a simple chocolate glaze. It’s pretty much like eating a cupcake for breakfast, which I’m totally fine with. All things in moderation, my friends.

It’s March Muffin Madness over at Gluten Free Easily! So many beautiful gluten free muffins recipes from so many gluten free bloggers. Their is also a HUGE giveaway going on too. Each comment left on any of the muffin recipes will be entered into the contest. Couldn’t be easier. Thanks for putting together such a fun event, Shirley!

Today is a great day to try out a new muffin recipe! I’m sharing my recipe for these gluten free vegan chocolate banana swirl muffins over at Gluten Free Easily, as part of March Muffin Madness. Don’t they look scrumptious? So moist and so flavorful. Swirls of banana batter and chocolate batter. Just a few extra steps to make these stunning muffins.

These were awesome! They were moist and full of flavor. I added toasted walnuts and a dash of cinnamon.
