The holidays are over and that means…time for healthy snacks and treats! Cut down on the sugar and trim back those extra calories. As much as I love watching what I eat (ummm no), I do like getting in the kitchen and creating goodies I can feel good about eating. Makes me smile.
I’ve got a little low fat snack over at Tasty Yummies today. These gluten free vegan oatmeal molasses muffins are super simple to make and you can add any mix-ins that you like. I went with raisins, but any dried fruit or chopped nuts would work well. This would be a great day to make a batch of healthy muffins to have for breakfast throughout the week!
