dairy free pumpkin spice milkshake
RECIPE TYPE: smoothies & drinks
  • 1 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk ice cream
  • 1 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup So Delicious CocoWhip dairy free topping (optional)
  1. Add ice cream, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, ice, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice to high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and well blended, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour into glasses. Top with cocowhip (if desired) and enjoy!
