INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add spinach, pineapple, ice, banana, almond milk, lemon juice, hemp seed hearts and chia seeds. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie into 1 large glass or 2 small glasses and serve.
