dairy free super green smoothie

SERVES: 1-2
- 2 cups packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed hearts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Add spinach, pineapple, ice, banana, almond milk, lemon juice, hemp seed hearts and chia seeds. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothie into 1 large glass or 2 small glasses and serve.
