dairy free golden turmeric smoothie

SERVES: 1-2
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup {optional}
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Place coconut milk, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, coconut oil, turmeric and ginger in high-powered blender.
- Blend on high 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Add additional coconut milk, if needed.
- Pour into serving glasses. Enjoy!
