INGREDIENTS
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/4 cups So Delicious unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients, except nutmeg, to high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour smoothie into glasses. Oats will start to thicken smoothie. Top with nutmeg and serve immediatly.
