1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey {optional}
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
In high-powered blender, add frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, flaxmilk, maple syrup and lemon juice. Blend on high 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Place 4-6 strawberry slices into each popsicle mold. Pour smoothie mixture over strawberries until each mold is filled.
Insert popsicle sticks into mold and place in freezer to completely set, 3-4 hours or overnight.
To remove popsicles, run under water for 10-15 seconds or leave on counter 5 minutes. Release popsicles from mold and enjoy!
