dairy free strawberry mango smoothie

INGREDIENTS
strawberry layer
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt*
  • 1/4 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
mango layer
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt*
  • 1/4 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place frozen strawberries, vanilla coconut milk yogurt, coconut milk and orange juice in high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Pour evenly into glasses.
  3. Rinse out blender jar. Add frozen mango chunks, vanilla coconut milk yogurt, coconut milk and orange juice.
  4. Blend on high 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Pour over top of strawberry layer in each glass. Serve.
NOTES
*If you use unsweetened yogurt, add 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup.
